We are currently recruiting an Account Manager.

Job Objectives
Your role is primarily focused on outbound calls for the sale of web based advertising on Australia's most visited website in the natural therapy/home improvements industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a client pipeline
• Account managing ongoing client relationships effectively to ensure customer retention
• Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
• Educating clients on relevant product offerings
• Appropriate identification of potential clients to target for relevant product offerings
• Developing a deep understanding of client's online advertising needs
• Upselling new and existing premium products to appropriate clientele
• Monitoring and discussing key statistics with clients
• Effectively handling objections
• Ongoing customer support throughout the annual subscription
• Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that clients needs are met
• Effective note taking on all client interactions

Relationships/Roles
Working alongside a strong, established sales team.

Desired Experience
Strong account management experience and a track record of success within customer service oriented environment are essential.
