Product Lead to play a key role in devising the product strategy for all existing and new products across all sites.
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage both the strategy and implementation of new products and enhancements to our existing offering. You will contribute by:
- Developing a deep understanding of our business and the markets in which we operate
- Generating creative ideas of where to take each of our products
- Creating go to market plans for all new products
- Evaluating all ideas commercially and making informed recommendations
- Developing implementation plans
- Working with product owners on end to end implementation
- Managing and mentoring product owners
Desired Experience and Personal Qualities:
- Substantial product management experience
- Experience in leading small teams through implementation
- A track record of success in implementing products with high ROI
- Strong business acumen
- Strong organisational skills
- Results oriented mindset
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Understanding of the online space
