Salesforce.com Systems Administrator
Job Objectives
You will play a pivotal role in owning and managing all aspects of our CRM system including system administration, data maintenance, managing user and technical requirements, system configuration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Regularly auditing data to ensure integrity
- Developing a deep understanding of business needs
- Designing business workflows
- Developing and maintaining naming conventions
- Creating and modifying case assignment rules
- Configuring complex workflow rules
- Designing and building complex reports
- Designing and building dashboards
- Loading new data and accurately manipulating existing data
- Building specs and requirements for developers
- Configuring web to lead forms
- Configuring security in salesforce with role hierarchies, profiles and permissions
- Understanding and communicating new features of each salesforce.com release
- Developing and maintaining updated system documentation
Relationships/Roles
Reporting to the Operations Manger, whilst delivering for stakeholders across all areas of the business.
Desired Experience
The successful candidate will have strong experience as a Salesforce.com administrator. They will be passionate about keeping data clean. Familiarity with excel connector and other data manipulation tools is essential, as is an understanding and keenness to learn the full capabilities of salesforce.com.
